This godly salted egg fish skin is strongly recommended. I’ve given several cointainers of these to my gf family and family to try, and so far all of them loved it.
Personally, I found that every piece was very crispy, surprisingly they felt less oily. It was also not too salty, balanced by some sweetness.
Their staff Jonathan told me that they use premium orangey egg yolk, without added MSG and artificial preservative. To retain its freshness, these are produced in small batches from their hometown in Pahang daily during dec-jan period, then baked till crispy to ensure uniform coating and to keep the oil content low.

I am forever in love with fish skins!! Pairing them with my favourite salted egg is just an outrageously delicious combination! I’m not kidding ‘as these fish skins are seriously dangerously addictive as claimed – simply impossible to stop at one. The moment I opened a bottle, the fish skins were like gone in a minute, haha. bought 4 for delivery and seems like i should have bought extras 🙁

Cnydelivery doesn’t stinge on the amount of salted egg yolk so every piece of that crispy and crunchy fish skin is evenly coated in salted egg yolk and hence you get that deep, intense eggy flavour with every bite. By the time you finish the fish skins and reach the bottom of the container, there are bits of salted egg yolk that shouldn’t be wasted.What a satisfying snack. Next time, I just have to order half (or maybe one) dozen to go. perhaps can last a glutton like me an entire month or two haha!
